JIDA Takes Part in Dainik Jagran Inext Marathon

On the sunny morning of April 16, 2023, the students and faculty of Jagran Institute of Digital Animation (JIDA) enthusiastically participated in the Dainik Jagran Inext Healthon. The Healthon is a vibrant initiative by the leading Hindi newspaper in India, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among people of all ages by encouraging them to include running in their daily lives. The event featured three categories: the 2 Km run, the 5 Km run, and the 11 Km Run, attracting over 12,000 participants from different parts of the city.

JIDA's team of 70 members from various courses, including animation, gaming, VFX, and graphic design, proudly wore specially designed T-shirts for the event. The marathon kicked off at 6:30 am from Brijendra Swaroop Park, and as the JIDA team ran, they received cheers and applause from the crowd, including their friends, family, and other members of the JIDA community.

By actively participating in Healthon, JIDA demonstrates its commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among its students and the wider community. The event not only provided an opportunity for the JIDA community to showcase their physical fitness but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and team spirit amongst the participants.
